2023

The Calendar year 2023 was satisfactory regarding the resolutions I held at the beginning of the year. Unlike most, I could manage to keep my resolutions to a reasonable extent, although I ultimately achieved the goals to the fullest. For example, I could reach about 80% of my weight loss target without a heartburn.


However, if you ask me about my singularly most important and satisfying goal, that would be books. Even though I did only 75% of my goals, the books I picked up this year were brilliant. I read both sides of the political spectrum and diverse socio-political topics. For obvious reasons, geopolitics dominated my book list this year.
